I used this app about a year ago and lost about 10 lbs. Lost 10 lbs since then but would love to lose about 10 more plus tone up. Looking for people with people with workout advice for a disabled vet (bad feet/legs...ie no running or jumping) and diet advice/resources for a VERY picky eater. I have ideas in my head diet wise and am going to start a pilates/yoga routine but any help is greatly appreciated

Hi, there! I am also a returning user. Between 2011 and 2012, I lost 93lbs using MFP. It became my addiction.. but then a thing called life through me down on punches and I got scared and.. well, I could keep using excuses. Bottom line, I'm now under doctor's orders to get this weight off or he won't help me with my knee. There is a tear in the meniscus AND the PCL is busted. I'm barely hanging on by a thread here and I do mean that literally. He'll replace the knee, but not until I lose at least 100lbs. I've become disabled within the last year because of this issue, as well as severe sciatica and good ol' Arthur knocking on my left knee and hip. Not to mention the baseball-like feeling in the base of the spine. I just couldn't sit at a desk anymore and working on my feet is out of the question. That's how I got here in the first place.

I'll send you a friend request. Hopefully we can keep each other accountable!

I'm a former user as well and just returned a few days ago. I'm a runner, so I won't tell you to go out and do that, but maybe you could lift some light weights while sitting down? Muscles help burn more calories when you're resting. That's what I'm working on now as well.
Welcome back and thank you for serving our country!
