190 lbs down...still going strong.

Today I am 7 months and 9 days into my new life. I decided September 26th that I was tired of being miserable and I was ready to live. I've changed what's upstairs in my head to show on the outside who I really am. I started at 426 lbs and today I weighed in at 236. 190 lbs gone and still going for my target of 175. I was a 58 waist and 4xl shirt. Wearing a 38 waist which is loose now and large/xlarge shirt. The healthier I become I realize I would really love to have skin removal and hope to one day have that. Stick with your goals and stay committed. Make the change upstairs and it will reflect on the outside. Everyone be healthy.

Congratulations on such an amazing loss.
You have hit the other jackpot by getting your head space right first before tackling the body, well done. That in and of itself deserves special recognition.
Losing 190 lbs is an awful lot and seeing that you have just a little more you would like to lose can I just give you a bit of advice here? Before contemplating surgery give your skin a decent amount of time to see how it firms up on its own.
Much of the loose skin that is left is due to genetics and how fast you lost the weight but many people here who don't have surgery are pleasantly surprised by how much their skin firms up 2 years after their loss. Incorporating some heavy lifting program would probably help you too, that is if you don't already do that.
