liver tastes fine but the texture is a little off-putting
licorice is Zeus' gift to mankind.

I might have to go with shrimp. Humans weren't meant to eat things in the sea. That's why they're in the water and we're on land and why they taste bad. Some fish is alright but for the most part seafood becomes seefood when you see me vomit it back up.

The Japanese eat (and a ton more areas and cultures) eat tons of seafood and seem to have less rates of disease..they have a very impressive life expectancy rate to boot. May half to do with seafood.. Or maybe not. But thats a huge claim to state that humans are not supposed to eat things from the sea.. Are oceans ok? Fresh water lakes?...
Don't take anything you read under 'Fun and Games' too seriously

    Brussels Sprouts. Blurgh! :s

I used to hate them as a kid because my mom boiled them- yuck. But now my recipe is super good! I roast them with minced garlic and a little olive oil, salt and pepper. A little sprinkle of parmesan cheese and they are SO good!

There is no food I willl refuse to try, I am a very adventurous eater, but foods I won't eat after having tried them are tomatoes. I threw up upon eating one when I was little and wouldn't try them for years. Went away to China on a trip and someone put this egg/tomato pasta dish in front of me and I figured, hey, it's been 16 years, let's give this another go.

I felt terrible because I kept gagging while trying to eat it, I got MAYBE five bites in

Funny you mention this. I was at a happy hour recently and one of my friends ordered a "beef skewer" appetizer. I had a bite and it was delicious! When I asked the waitress what it was and she told me cow tongue I thought I was going to be sick. Something about knowing what it was just grossed me out.
