Losing weight and stay healthy and fit

My overall goal is to lose 89 lbs. Been watching what I eat for years, cause I had to keep sugar and sodium down. I wanted to lose 25 to 50 lbs, by mid July 2016. Not sure that will work, but I have lost inches already. I'm ready to step it up! I just increased my step count to 8,000 steps and four workout days.

    Sounds like you are on the right path. Make healthy choices watch your carbs and keep working out

    You are welcome. Make sure you dink half your body weight in ounces of water daily. I do low carb and work out four days a week and lost 10 pounds in a months time

    You can do it! I've done a semi low carb diet. Mines mostly low carb, low fat, high protein. But I've done 26.5 lbs in 5 weeks
