I definitely agree on getting an exercise bike for sure. I've got a foldable one in my room which I picked up from Amazon, I don't live in an apartment but my room's upstairs and you can't hear anything from under. You can also pick up mats for it too to protect flooring/noise etc0

I live on the second floor. My neighbors have never complained, but I just don't want to be that annoying stompy upstairs neighbor. I've been doing DailyBurn 365 workouts for about a month and a half now. I really like it - new 30 minute workouts every day with a mix of trainers. Most of the moves are apartment friendly, but in instances where they are not I just try to figure out a way to modify to the low impact version. So like for jumping jacks I'll instead throw one leg up and get on the tip toes of the standing leg. If the low impact version isn't challenging enough I'll sub an entirely different move that is quiet but still gets my HR going.0
