I am starting 30 Day Shred today for the first time and would love to have some others doing it with me!!

@samc315 It is a workout from Jillian Michaels
It's an interval system of three 6 minute circuits consisting of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. There are three different levels, each 10 days.
You can find the full workouts for each level on YouTube or buy the DVD... I found it at target for $90 -
I've started level 1 but I didn't realise I needed weights so I don't knoe whether to continue or not without weights, or wait (!) until I get them and carry on with my HIT. It seemed easier than my HIT workouts, maybe as I didn't have any weights?0

@JenRainbow1 do you have resistance bands? You could probably use those if you do until you can get some weights0 -

No, sadly I wish I'd bought them now. I'm going to stick to my usual HIT workouts instead as I'm trying not to spend any money1 -

I am officially starting today. I had statistics homework last night that took a lot longer than I was expecting. So today will be day 1 for me!1 -

Yes, pictures & measurements are very important because sometimes it reveals more than what the scale shows2 -
I plan on starting Monday. But I will be taking off on weekends with Saturdays just an hour or so walk and Sundays for rest1

Did day 5 today and for the first day all week, I haven't been sore! I pushed through the workouts each day and didn't miss any, and the stairs are no match for me today!!

Hi, everyone! I'm on day 3 of Level 1. I'm so out of shape, I feel like I've just ran a marathon after finishing the workout. I feel really good that I've gotten this far loI. I have serious commitment problems when it comes to working out. I'm hoping joining you all with the shred will keep me at it. I really want to get in GREAT shape, and make health and fitness a lifestyle. Please add me!
PS...The push-ups are the hardest part for me. I used to be able to do them well, but I think I will have to stick to the modified version for the first week.1 -
