    Cheese is great. I didn't appreciate it as much as I should have until recently. I was in Florida and the Bahamas and the 'cheese' there was disgusting. I never realized how spoiled I was growing up with Minnesota/Wisconsin cheese. So now I'm a cheese snob apparently.

    I visited the Cabot cheese factory in Vermont. It was amazing. So many varieties and you could buy anything there.

    Favorite cheeses include Brie, goat, bleu, Gorgonzola...extra sharp cheddar, port wine....basically all cheese except cottage.
