I'm so glad to see so many people joining in.
Ok, so I'm updating the form and I will email all of the new members the link.
Be sure to bookmark it so you will have easy access to it. I will post a new topic on each Saturday showing everyone's totals and what you still need to burn to reach your July Calorie Total Burn.
Remember each of you chooses your own goal. Mine is 10,000, some of you want higher or lower it's fine...just pick your goal and stick to it!
Looking forward to this challenge.
The Calorie Burn Challenge is calories you burn strickly from exercise. Unused Calories in the day do not count.0 -

I'm in!! I did the June challenge and got to 10,000 (just over) so for July I will aim for 12,000 Let's hope the weather's good or my cycling will go RIGHT out of the window!!!0

I am in I need a new challenge for July.
My July goals are; July Calorie Burn Challenge ( 10,000) That would be 476 calories 5 days a week.
I will also be re-challenging my self to; July 100 Miles. That would be 4.76 miles 5 days a week.0 -
