I sweat so much during my workout, that even after I cool down, shower and wash my hair, that I'm still sweating and can't put on makeup. Help !

Sometimes that happens to me... the only thing that works is a cold shower and standing under a fan while I'm drying off. Hot shower won't lower your body temperature, unfortunately.0

Slowly lower the water temp while you're showering until you're barely able to say in there. In the summer I end having it on full cold. That doesn't solve 100% of the problem but it makes it much better.0

I have the same problem. I also try to freeze myself in the shower. It helps a little. I will try to use the blow dryer on the coolest possible setting as well.0
