Lost 32 lbs - picture

lost 32 lbs in about 6-7 months. I am aiming to reach 145 by July. I feel good so far, and am proud excercise/fitness is back in my life for good. I am 5'5". I resigned up with a trainer to get me to my goal. Wish me luck! I need it!

At my highest i was experienced symptoms of plantar fasciitis, and think the weght loss helped get rid of that! I am at a bit of a plateau. Trying to push through to drop about 10 more pounds by July.0
