Starting a keto LCHF diet on Monday

Hi everyone, an open diary or meal assistance would be very much appreciated. I'm going to be sticking to 1500kcals a day 38g of carbs 75g of protein and 117g of fat. If anyone has done anything similar please help/advise/diary share. Thanks in advance xx

Don't forget to up your salt intake a couple of grams a day to compensate for the changes as you wean off carbs.1
