8-12 Week Training Programs

I'm nearing the end of my current training program from simplyshredded.com and am looking for another training program to follow. I like the 4 day/week schedule since I do have a 9-6 job. I'm fairly limited in some of the exercises because of my current gym situation. I have access to dumbbells and a couple machines.

Please let me know of any good workout plans you've had success with!
