Seems like my fit bit is way off with how many calories I burn compared to MFP which should I rely on more?

Fitbit is more accurate than MFP. I don't know which you have, but if you use a Fitbit with HRM and it is linked to MFP properly, there really is no need to add cardio exercise to MFP at all. Just use the Fitbit adjustment.0

I just have the zip so no heart rate monitor on it. I'm thinking of upgrading but not sure if I'll be able to wear something on my wrist all the time0
