Need advice

At the moment i need to consume at least 1500 calories a day to maintain my weight but i seem to struggle reaching that. Any recipes for high calorie shakes or meals or any advice?

If I needed to gain weight, which I don't because I'm still losing, I would sit down with a jar of peanut butter and a spoon, daily. I miss that.1

Peanut butter is your best friend when it comes to getting calories. 1tbsp=100cal. So 5 tbsp=500calories.0

Also, don't do IF. IF can make it difficult to get the calories you need.0
