do you track vegetables? I'm not talking salad greens, but I'm talking corn, brussel sprouts....

    Yes, when I'm logging I include everything. I treat my log as something of a science experiment so I can look at micros, fiber, or just go back and look for trends if I'm getting off track.

    Absolutely. I log everything I eat because it all has calories. Then I check weekly to see how I am doing on nutrition.
