Goal is to be 120 though, but I was 154, 34DD, athletic and active
Thats how I am too. At 155 I was a size 4. I think being anything less than 130 won't look good on me.0 -
I'm 5'3, and I would be thrilled to be 140. I've always been bigger and I can't imagine being 120-130, it just depends how I look. I'm really just focused on being healthy. I guess we'll see!
Exactly this. I'm 5'3 and my goal is 140, I will never be a thin person so i'm happy to be healthy and curvy at 140 and see how I feel, if I ever get down there!0 -

im 5'2" 245 and started out at 264, heaviest being 286 after giving birth, so my current goal is 199 and im happy with that for the time being im already feeling much better than i have in years, good luck to everyone.0

I thought I had a goal weight but I have stopped thinking about the number, I am between 5'3 5'4. and stuck at 129. I have toned up so much that I can't even complain. My goal was 117 but if ne weight stays the same and I continue getting stronger I am ok with that.0

I'm 5'3.75"...started at 174...my original goal was I think 145. Then it went to 140. then 135. I'm at 136 right now and my goals have changed to be more about fitness and body fat than the number on the scale. I want a 27" waist (I'm at 28 now I think) and I want my stomache to be muscle.0

I am 5'3" at 175 pounds all the charts say I am Obese 33.1% BMI... I kept thinking WHAT!! How am I Obese! I know I could drop a few pounds but I am a Fire Fighter for crying out loud... so I paid the money to get a real BMI number and you know what it's all a numbers game. Weight isn't as important as how healthy you are. I am still coming to terms with that everyday because it's hard to be 'the big girl'. But here I am at 5'3" 175 pounds with a real BMI of 19.3%. I am trying to get to 153 which was what I weighed when I got married. But know full well I wont make it because my muscle alone is 146 pounds. Thank you to the wonderful trainer who took the time to figure out my true BMI.0
