Did a bit of math recently following rippedbody.jp, some good info on the science side of things for anyone interested. Its a free sign up. Anyway my diet currently is pretty healthy, but i seem to be hitting my fat and carb levels way before my protein. I need to balance it a bit better. I follow various recipes from Freeletics / joe wicks lean in 15 / naturally sassy. i prefer to eat proper meals rather than just ingredients on a plate. However i do seem to be struggling with getting my protein Levels correct.

Any suggestions on types of foods i could incorporate into a vegetarian pescetarian diet? I don't particularly eat that much fish, so other than that on the plant based side of things, whats good? Cheers

My personal choices are seitan, tofu, tempeh, field roast products, gardein products, and protein powder... in that order.

I love gardein brand. Honestly it's the only meat alternative I will eat. Just my personal opinion. What about adding Greek yogurt? I also make a bunch of sauce bases with cashew cream, high in protein and so yummy!

Kefir is high in protein and full of probiotics that will help with digestion. I use a protein kefir as a meal replacement sometimes. 40 grams of protein and 350 (ish) calories.
