how can we track the nutritional information for a recipe we make so that we can add that information to our food intake? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There is a spot where you enter you food that you can put in all ingredients of your recipe ans it adds it all up for you... And you can save it!!

On the top of your page you should see "FOOD" then click "RECIPES" and you can add your own.

What do you do when adding recipes and you don't know how many servings are in the dish? For example, I want to make Chicken salad, it is just my own recipe.

Say my batch of chicken salad weighs 15 ounces total. I'd call it 15 servings and name the recipe "Chicken Salad per ounce." Then, whether I use 2 or 3 ounces on a sandwich, or only 1 on a cracker, it is easy and accurate to log. If the next batch weighs 17 ounces, I just edit the changed ingredient quantities and total servings.

Thanks for all the help - it is greatly appreciated. I have been using the recipe box section to add my own personal recipes, but am finding that only a few of them appear when I click to view the recipes. How do I find all of the recipes that I have entered for my personal use?
