I hate lunges

I'd rather do a burpee than a lunge, right now im doing a mix of t25 and some Jillian Michaels videos, and they are all filled with lunges. I hate them so much. Any alternatives?

    By alternatives I mean lunge alternatives. The videos are great.

    i hate lunges too, i never do them. Try weighted stepups.

    I hate 'em too, but my trainer has me do them regularly. Great for core strength, running stability, etc. For me, they are a necessary evil.

    Hated squats at one time (had a knee problem) but the more I did them, the more efficient I became at them -- and stronger. Lunges are just a snack now for the main course - SQUATS!

    I hate them too. I never do them. Sorry I have no unilateral leg alternatives I just thought I'd let you know you aren't alone.

    Maybe try one legged hip bridges? Look for something that uses hamstrings and quads.
