Hi all, just your typical girl who has been up and down with weight for years, and is tired of it. I'm trying to keep my head up, but I feel like crap already. Here's to pushing through it.

I totally understand. The first time I was on here I dropped 40 pounds...... then I gained back 20 so here I am again trying hard to get back on track. Good luck!!!1

Sounds like me! Dropped 35 lbs on here in 2014 and maintained for about 6 months, but when I stopped logging my calories and actually, ya know, exercising, creeped back up 15 lbs. I'm ready to feel good in my skin again0
