    It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

    Down 2.6 lbs Yay! Seems to be a trend so far. Hopefully it will keep going this way :)

    4/27/16. 194.8. Down 1.4 lbs

    5/4/16 192 Down 2.8 lbs. So far so good! I'm just worried a bit about Mothers Day dinner this weekend.
    5/11/16 190.4 Down 1.6 lbs. I had a few setbacks this week so I'm still pretty happy.

    5/11/2016 157 lbs Down two pounds that I attribute to eating like a cow over the weekend. Back on track and hoping to put these lbs behind me once and for all! Looking forward to checking in and the accountability of the group. Let's do this!

    I am also starting late, but I think I can RELEASE 20 lbs by July 4th! Release because if I lose something I eventually find it. I don't ever want them to come back! I'm looking forward to this challenge. I think this is exactly what I need to push through this plateau.

    wighed in today at my Doctors office 225 pounds but everything is thrown off for me due to being sick for over a month and about to start my third round of antibotics since the 13th of April. Next weigh in is 5-25. still journaling and still keeping my carbs where my Doctor wants them. I am 65 pounds lighter then I was in 2006.

    I know I'm late joining this challenge Losing 20 pounds by July 4th is close to impossible for my usual weight loss pattern, but I need a hard challenge to get me re-motivated to lose the 20 pounds I already lost once. :neutral: I'm aiming for the July 4th goal of 20 pounds...if I lose 10, I will be thrilled, but am focusing on the 20.

    Start with small changes. Our bodies are delicate systems if systems with sensitive biochemical triggers. If ten minutes of movement added to your regime is all you can do without hurting your joints, so be it.

    Hey is it to late to join? Id really like a place to be held accountable. My goal is to get down to my goal weight and then begin building more muscle and get into fitness more.

    Starting: 139.6
    Goal by July 4th: 110 (I know that is 26 lbs but still)

    Currently I am tracking with flexable IIFYM dieting.

    I see so many other people joining late, so I will too! I've lost a lot of weight through WW and MFP in the past, but then something happens and I start eating cheeseburgers and I can't stop. :) So I'm back to my starting weight, plus a little more. 20 pounds is probably too aggressive for less than 2 months from now, but I'll take what I can get! My weigh ins are Friday.
