    1. Calorie deficit. 2. Low carbs and 3. Higher protein. That should help.

No problem, but make sure while you are doing that your on a real calorie deficit. I have a rule of thumb that i estimate 10 percent more calories then i think i ate because I know normally we tend to underestimate our calories lol

Throw a jump rope into your exercise routine. I added just 20 mins a day to my work out routine with a jump rope. Burns a nice amount of calories and is a fun exercise. Oh and drink a lot of water :) keep up the good work mamma !!

    Hello,

If you're not seeing the process you want to see, I'd say up your carb intake by about 5%, lower fat 5%, and keep protein.

This seems counter active, but reason is:
Your body runs off of two main sources of energy, the first and most important is CARBS! Second is fat. When you're on too low of a carb diet, your body will try to hold on to every ounce of carbs that it gets, thus making you a little 'fluffier'. Too much protein, also, essentially is converted into carbs when consumed in too high of quantities.

I would say keep protein at about .8-1.0 g/lb. of body weight. Carbs are not bad! Quality > Quanity always! What I'm saying is, eat more better sources of carbs rather than eating less bad. Again, seems counter active... But once your macro ratios start being balanced, you will start to see so much more results!

Also, try amping up training in the gym. HIIT cardio, difference set & rep ranges, etc.

I can help figure out your calorie & macro needs. Let me know if you'd like any help with this.
