How do I change the setting so the calorie defecit isn't so high?

    Options
    Change your goals to a lower setting. Ex: If you have it at 2lbs per week, set it at 1lbs and youll be given more calories in your budget

    Can I make it so the number isn't so generous? Or just look at what I have logged and go with that? I don't want the end of day to tell me such a good number ha
