    Red wine, hands down; it's good and good for you (1 glass per night). At present though, I'm partial to vodka--tonic w/lime or with a splash of Blood Orange Sanpellegrino. As best you can, nix the mixers...that's where a LOT of calories come in.

    I don't drink much anymore, but when I do it's usually red wine, light beer, or maybe a vodka and soda with lime. I prefer wine or beer over mixed drinks, because they usually take me longer to drink.

    I order Vodka & Water, sometimes add a few drops of 0 cal Mio. Tequila shots are my next go-to.
