How do I add the 30 day shred to my diary?

This may not be too helpful...but if you can invest in a Heart Rate Monitor I'd highly recommend it! At times I've burned way less than what these kinds of sites say and other times I've burned way more. Just an idea. Either way - you are doing awesome!0

Do you have a heart rate monitor? I use mine and then just record the calories myself. I burn about 330 calories in the 30 minutes0

The Biggest Winner Series(all) = cardio @ high intensity
30 Day Shred = circuit training
No More Trouble Zones = circuit training
Banish Fat Boost Metabolism = cardio @ high intensity
TBL Power Sculpt = circuit training
TBL Last Chance Workout = circuit training
Yoga Meltdown = circuit training
Shred-It = circuit training (use a kettlebell or dumbbell)
6 Week 6 Pack = strength (so you can track each exercise in the workout)

I just added it to my exercise file, I did the same for all my DVDs--so I know how many cal I burn for each DVD. I wear a HRM.0
