Figure Comp/ Macros question

I'm concidering shooting for a figure comp in about a year. I have about 60 pounds or so to lose, but I really want to do this. I have a coach that I'll be using when the time gets closer ... my question is, though, what should my macros be starting out? My coach says I need to be lower on the carbs and higher on the protein since I'll be weight lifting and training, but I'm not sure what those numbers should look like to plug into MFP. I currently have 20% carbs, 40% protein, 40% fat. Anyone have advise/ macro adjustment suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I would start with 0.6-0.8 gr of protein x body weight. When you get closer to your goal weight change it to 0.8-1.0 gr of protein x body weight. For fat 0.4 gr x body weight. Treat protein and fat as minimums - it is OK to be over. The rest of your calories can go to carbs.0
