move on
maybe spend a week and 4 days on level 2 before moving on then.
I found level 2 to be the hardest level.0 -
TRY LEVEL 2 TOMORROW AND SEE IF IT KICKS BUUT. \I KINDOF HATED LEVEL ONE, IT IS BORINg. (oops caps) I did 7 days on level 1 did some other stuff and then just skipped to level two. I like level 2 and 3 more than 1.
I fyoua re not going for the 30 day shred before fad and after then go for it.0 -
It's supposed to get easier. Then your body gets "shocked" again when you move onto the next level and start doing different moves and working different muscle groups. I'd say just stick it out for 10 day on each level. Trust me, you do NOT want to be on Level 2 any longer than you need to be. It was the hardest level for me and most others.0

Ugh I feel your pain! I'm really busty and I don't have a good sports bra so I just wore double bras. Anyway, most people log it under circuit training. I tend to burn about 220 calories.0 -
Thank you - I think I will try level 2 for a day and see as level 1 is boring but I see your point about it being hard... maybe I will decide tomorrow lol
Thank you for your feedback!!0
