PEEING

I weighed on a digital scale, went to pee, and for fun stepped back on the scale and could not believe that I pee'd 1 POUND!!!
No wonder I have read in these forums so many times how variable weight can be. Heck, a pound or more can rest on relief of a #1, #2 or both!

I'm a little annoyed that this thread isn't getting nearly as much love as the "0.5 kg poop" thread.6

Just for grins one morning after I had weighed, drank 8 oz water, done 30 minutes of treadmill, and urinated, I weighed again. Down 1 lb.1

I went to bed weighing 222 and woke up 216. It was weird, I know my body burns water crazy fast i go through between 5270010 litres a day but all i had done was sleep and maybe pee once or twice through the night XD Water weight for sure changes things.0

PaulaWalla - Maybe I need to take a pic of my arc and my pee landing in a glass, then show the glass weight before and after on my scale. However, if I have had the day I 'should' have, the pee will not be bright yellowish so my honesty might be called into question (this is a tough group, and I would not want it any other way...). On the other hand, MAYBE I SHOULDN'T !!!
BTW, I am really glad the "0.5 kg poop" guy had eaten his fiber and had not eaten a bunch of corn in his last meal !

I'm going to try this out...0 -
If your scale only weighs lbs and not ozs then the swing only has to be tiny *if* your tinkle takes you from just over a half pound to just under it as you'll go from rounding up to one pound to rounding down to the one below it.
Sorry. I am thinking too much about this. Engineer.1 -
