 Just clean eating and walking 4-6 miles a day. I still have alcohol occasionally, etc. I follow Food Rules: A Doctor's Guide to Healthy Eating. But I'm living apt 90/10 .eat right 90% of the time and eh 10% of the time. I'm not in a rush to drop itall. It's a lifestyle, not a diet. That's why I still have everything in moderation. I log everything in and stay below my 1450 calories but only burn about 200-800 calories on an average day with my exercise.0

 You have to start somewhere! I look at before and after (or during) pics constantly. Especially when I don't want to workout.1
