How do you figure what exact macros you need? Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

    There are no exact macros needed. There are ranges. Protein is .8-1g per lb of lean body mass, fat is .35-.6g per lb of lean body mass, and carbs is the rest.

    Did you read what I wrote? I provided ranges and even stated there are no exact macros. And on top of that, you didn't even provide any additional input. So what would you suggest?
