Hi, My name is Tom and am excited to get back in shape and eating healthy, if anyone has any tips for me I am all ears !!

    Hi Tom! Well I'd say first thing would be to get a game plan for your diet. Then figure out what foods that are healthy choices that you enjoy eating. After set a routine for the gym. You'll notice a big change the first month or so. You'll want to change up workout routines to shock your body when it gets use to the same stuff "it remembers". Other than that you're more than welcome to add me for encouragement or advice!

    No. That's BroScience at it's best. Or worst, depending on how you look at it.


    OP - pick a tried and true program. Follow it. If you decide you don't like it, then you can change. Otherwise, you'd most likely do best to stick with it and progress like it's designed. Program-hopping tends to lend itself to wheel-spinning.
