Morning workout

Woke up this morning and did my workout at 4 am. I'm trying to make it a habit. Danced for a half an hour. I was all over the place no rhythm at all. But I got up and did it.

Me too! I hate exercising in the mornings (except for yoga) but I've added in some additional cardio sessions for a few months. There are still stars out by the time I finish my work out. It's hateful but it's the only way I could fit it in!1
