I doubled my workouts to 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I'm 205 pounds, shooting for 189. I need to eat less, so I try to track my foods in MFP. ![5ot13y7d48ka.jpeg](https://us.v-cdn.net/5021879/uploads/editor/eb/5ot13y7d48ka.jpeg)

You will do just fine as long as you log everything that you eat! Your workouts sound great! Send me a friend request if you plan on being mutually supportive. good luck/Cindy0
