Has anyone ever done sore to the core. If you did, did you like it? Did you like the results you got from doing it? Was it a good price for what you got?

I’m not familiar with the program, but what are your goals? If you say “lose weight or fat” then I’d say focus on what and how much you eat. Your exercise program should address your other fitness goals (strength, muscle mass, endurance, cardiovascular, mobility, balance, speed, agility). Once you’ve set a goal, then ask yourself whether this program will meet your needs.0

I just purchased the sore to the core and the butt and leg work out. I did Monday and Tuesday and well, lets just say I feel the burn, but so far it feels like its doing the job.0

As Allan stated, getting a flatter stomach and smaller waistline is more about how much you burn versus how much you eat. One could do this entire 4 week program and see no results if they aren't in a calorie deficit. Nothing new in the ebook program. The exercises are common ones found in everyday gym. As always, the biggest issue with at home workouts by novices is that what they see by a description, isn't actually how it's performed by the individual. When form is incorrect (and how would a novice really know), then the exercise being performed may not be optimal.
