How often should i lift?

I am a woman, trying to get a nicely toned look, not lose weight. Im currently doing 2-3 x a week, and HIIT workout 6 days a week. TIA

    Good lifting programs explain how often to lift. So i assume you're not on a good lifting program. Try NROL4W or Stronglifts. :+1:

    There's also Strong Curves and something like All Pros Beginner's program. I vote Strong Lifts though. That will have you strength training full body 3x per week. You might want to back off on some of that HIIT

    Depends on your programming and goals. 3-4x a week is typical.

    I lift weight four days a week two days are upper body and two days are legs any my gym
