Just wondering, the minute you've reached your goal you can start maintenance? I'm fast approaching and don't want to lose my progress. About 2lbs away...

Just up your calories slowly at about a 100 per week and you should be fine.0

I did. Yes I gained a couple pounds but it leveled off after a week.0

Thanks for the feedback everyone! It's only been a couple of days since I posted this thread and I'm already at my goal! I have a 5 lb "window of acceptability" so I don't drive myself crazy with a single number on the scale. It's just going to be hard to wrap my mind around the thought of eating so many more calories per day and not gaining everything back as a result. I've been at this for two years so far and have lost 37 lbs total.7
