Hey, everyone! My starting weight was a staggering 320 pounds, but I currently weigh 275! This journey started in August of 2015. I am willing to support anyone who thought it was impossible! I still have a long way to go, but I am happy to be where I am! Please feel free to add me.
P.S.
There were no magic tricks and no special diets. I ate within a a caloric deficit. Simple. I also have a logging streak of 265 so I log every single day.22 -

According to wight chart I'm as post to weigh 135 because I'm 5'5" .
I've been doing this for 45 days with calorie intake of 1300 a day and haven't lost any weight yet!!!! Gerrrrr!!!!

My highest weight ever was around 281. I'm down to 265 now and just taking it 10 lb goals at a time to not get overwhelmed. My next goal is 259, then 249 etc. 3 years ago I started at 249 and lost down to 209 but then gained it back and then some. Not this time! I was struggling with nutrition then and now have it under control.
Not sure about a final goal weight. I've always said 140-145 but we will see how I feel. There are a lot of factors there and it's about more than just a number.8 -
Hello! I am currently at my highest weight of 185lbs, trying to get down to around 130-135 in the long run.

Scale move about 4lbs in 1st 2 weeks...hasn't moved at all in May. I did have some scale issues (3 different ones) so we'll see how it goes from now on. I'll give it through June before I see if I have to try something different.0 -
