Because I majorly fell off track I've made a new account. I'm looking for friends so we can help motivate each other and share tips. I'm into low cal dieting, personally I try to stay closer to low fat high carb, I like yoga, high intensity workouts, and I enjoy running, but haven't really been able to make a habit of it. I'm a vegetarian, hoping to go vegan someday. These days I don't have much time, so I'm trying to find some workouts that don't take much time.
