    Just started. Soooo current weight is 171. Goal weight is 118. I'm short, so 118 is supposed to be ideal for my height. I'd like to lose weight quickly, but in a healthy way. Thus, I'm trying to change my eating habits all together to more healthy options, low-calorie fruit and veggies. I'd rather have more long term changes, anyone have any good tips?

    I'd love some support too! I lost 54 lbs at one point and would love to do that again--and then some! I recently went through a very emotionally trying time and got in the habit of emotional and/or boredom eating. I am the heaviest I've ever been and unhappy about how I look and feel right now.

    I'm currently trying to lose 66 lbs. My highest weight was 278 and I'm currently 236. I would love to get back to 170 (my pre mommy weight) so my goal is to lose up to 108 lbs from my highest weight.

    Hi ladies! Please add me! My highest weight was 285. My current weight is 247 (I'm 5'2"). My doctor says get down to 130 pounds. HAHAHA....more like 150-170 for me is more realistic.

    I don't know where to start! I was originally 198 lbs and I lost 71 lbs using phentermine. I felt AMAZING!!!!! That was in 2009. Then I got married and had babies and now I am 218 lbs!!! What the crap!!!!?????!!!!!! Now I just don't even know where to start. I have started and stopped a million times. I lose the same 10 lbs over and over again!! I am feeling so frustrated. Part of my problem is that I truly hate to cook. I would rather get fast food. I don't know how to get started. I hate feeling like this. Totally discouraged. Any help would be great! I need to lose about 85 lbs now. Please add me. I need the encouragement.

    Do NOT try to lose quickly. You need time to adjust to a healthier lifestyle, whatever that means for you. And you need time to adjust to your body as it changes. It's been over a year for me and I'm glad it took that long, otherwise it would have been too confusing. And even so, I've had issues with all the comments about my loss/body. Give yourself time. Come up with a sustainable food plan. And above all, be kind to yourself.
