Summer is literally right around the corner and I don't know about anyone else but I definitely missed the New Year's resolution train. I'm looking for people that want to join me in weigh-ins every week and show off their hard work. Let us know what's working for you, what's not working and keep each other going!
Weigh-ins don't have to be only on Mondays but should be done every week. Let us know what kind of exercises you're doing and any tips/trick or suggestions you've got. Come join me on this weight loss adventure! Good luck all!

I'm in also. Definitely need the accountability, even though I'm posting some goals in other threads. Just know I am weighing in on Fridays right now - too frustrating on Mondays with all the temptations on weekends. Hope that is okay. I'm also taping on Fridays, since my scale often has a mind of its own.2

okay, I felt like I needed a head start to get into this habit, I need to be accountable. 5'7", 46 years old. I'm going to Hawaii in Oct. for my parents' 50th anniv and I want to be able to celebrate with them and enjoy everything...........to be healthy!

I'm 4'11ish, (43yrs) I have been off my workout regime. I was ill for a little while now that it's finally warm here in Michigan I've been doing more outside work/ and golfing that has thrown a wrench in my routine. Any ideas will be helpful on how to fit everything in.
