Memorial day summer weightloss kick-off

Hey everyone! Today is the big day, and we are kicking off our weight loss challenge. After discussing it with some other participants it seems the best way to go about doing this was to create a group. this allows for more flexibility in posting and such.
I'm not sure how but the creator of my current challenge made a Google spreadsheet with Excel that everyone could add themselves and their CW each week, but it was viewable and editable by each participant.
I think a group would be much better suited than a thread.3 -

Any chance we could have the name of the group or a link to it? There are a number of Memorial Day and Summer Weight loss challenge groups already...just want to get to the right one.6 -

So I might have figured out how to make a Google spreadsheet that everyone can enter their names, CW, GW, and entry for each week. Try the link below and let me know if it works!

Yes it works, I just sent a request to get access to edit

Howdy!!!
Sorry I forgot to post weight yesterday.
May 30 - 257 lbs.
My workout yesterday consisted of a "hike" on the treadmill for 38 minutes, a 1000 meter row in 6:40, and then leg strength training. I rotate my different strength training: M&Th - Legs, Tu&F - Arms, W&Sa - Calisthenics(Body weight).
Current weight - 256 lbs.
Goal weight by the end of June - 248 lbs.0 -

I'm a 51 y/o female. 5'6". Very thin all of my life until I went back to work after having our only child. I was a stay at home mom for 5 years but when I went back to work the weight just started piling on. Bad choices and inactivity. In 2003 when I went back to work I weighed 138 pounds. 228 is my heaviest (April 2016). I'm done! So done! MFP helps me to be accountable. Congratulations to everyone that is participating in this challenge! The longest journey starts with one step! This is something that you will be accountable for the rest of your life. Eating right and exercise will become your "habit" just like drinking soda and eating junk food if you give it long enough. Eventually you will not even have to think about it and food will be fuel instead of an event. OK! Say that over and over until you believe it! (I'm saying it but I believe I hear Taco Bell calling my name).1 -
To make it easier for you all to keep track and post your stats, open the spreadsheet and add yourself!
