What are some good snacks that I can buy that are quick? Or anything

Fruit.
Yogurt/Greek yogurt

jerky ????? I guess high in protein. What about peanut butter cracker or a no go0

Yes, jerky is good source of protein, little to no carb....just have to watch the fat content on some....
Peanut butter you can do if you can control yourself. It is easy to down a lot of calories with just a little peanut butter....very calorie dense.
I have to not buy any right now for my place since summer is near....cause I can down half a jar and not think twice about it....
Peanut butter crackers are fine as long as they fit in your calories/macros for the day.3 -

Some of my go-to snacks are: string cheese, nuts, wasabi peas, fudge pops, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, hummus & veggies, protein bars, Greek yogurt, beef or turkey jerky, popcorn, apples & peanut butter, fruit3

Thanks, see my problem isIi get really hungry about 4:00p.m. and don't get off work till 7pm. and than by than I am starving so I have to find something that will whole me till I get home. Without giving in and complete going off plan.. the battle of the mind I guess you could call it. Mind over body is a tough one.0

How do you do in the morning?
If you wake up and aren't hungry, then push off eating as long as you can.....
Maybe bring some fruit and eat that.....keep the hunger at bay.
Then when you get hungry and off work at 7pm. Eat all your calories at that time.1 -

If you don't have access to a refrigerator at work, you can always buy some fruits and vegetables and dry them using your oven. You can do this with apples, strawberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, etc. For vegetables, I've never done that but I've heard of people using kale and zucchini. You can look up tutorials on how to do it on the internet and then you have a snack that's low calorie and you can take with you to work!0 -
Simply protein bars they are sooo good and low calorie. I eat one almost every afternoon around 3. I have a cup of tea and I feel like I'm eating a cookie or rice crispy square. And usually 150 calories and keeps me full for at least 2 hours0

I usually turn to yogurt, raw almonds, nutrigrain bars (only 120 cal.) Amongst other things but these are my go to snacks.0

Love my shakes, quest and combat bars. I also do cottage cheese and yogurts.0

Buy a popcorn air popper and a jar of popcorn kernels. Popcorn is a whole grain and you get a lot of snack for little calories! I also have a spray can of olive oil that I lightly spray onto the popcorn as it pops into the bowl. Add a bit of garlic salt and you have a delicious snack!
Frozen fruit is also a good way to curb your sweet tooth.
The main thing is to weigh your food, no matter what you are snacking on.0 -

Yup, quest bars are one of the cleanest nutrition bars on the market & they taste really good!
I snack on 4oz plain Greek yogurt mixed with 10g protein powder (chocolate flavor)- turns my plain yogurt into chocolate yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries and a few almonds or cashews in the mix2 -
I make up peanut butter banana muffins, Made with greek yogurt and honey, Their delicious and satisfying, I keep them in my freezer always. Same with home made granola bars, Mine have peanut butter in them to (notice a pattern XD? I tend to have a hard time getting in calories so it helps me :P) But they are actually very surprisingly low in calories still XD
I also need more salt in my diet, So pickles and olives are great low calorie snacks, Crazy satisfying :P0 -
My favorites are babybel light cheese mini rounds, sugar free fat free instant jello mixed with protein shake, cottage cheese and orange sugar free jello, and protein popsicles made from protein shake mix and lowfat chocolate milk.

In my experience the mind over body thing dosent work, the body always wins. We are slaves to our bodies through hormomes. Our hormones is what drives us to do things against our will.
Maybe the question is what is driving the hunger? The hunger hormone is Ghrelin. The Hormone that keeps us satiated is leptin. You may want to look into what triggers these hormomes it may lead you to a solution that doesn't involve adding calories.
Just a suggestion.1
