I've been so busy today! Just getting a chance to eat! So not good for me to skip meals! Tomorrow is a new day!! Oh I did see a bag of peanut M&M's and ate 8!

    Ive been skipping breakfast with great resaults. My mind is clear, and its helping me to meet my calorie and wl goals wile eating big meals

    I almost always skip breakfast too with amazing results. But the weekends I like to have breakfast with my kiddo. It makes the rest of my meals difficult though when I'm used to having those calories to spread out the rest of my day!!
