Anyone ideas on the best foods for energy while on night shift as a nurse and for performance when training? Thanks.

Oy. Night shift is a struggle. I ate lots of apples and cheese. Don't know how helpful that is...0

Coffee helps me alot. Also try not to eat as much after 1am.0 -

Go for protein. String cheese singles are easy to carry along and quick to eat. Greek yogurt, too.1
