    Hi ladies! Please add me! My highest weight was 285. My current weight is 247 (I'm 5'2"). My doctor says get down to 130 pounds. HAHAHA....more like 150-170 for me is more realistic.

    Hi, please add me as well. Current weight 227 Goal weight is 157 I have been counting all my calories for the last 2 weeks. I also started up my gym membership with Planet Fitness. It is harder as you get older it seems. I'm 53

    I don't know where to start! I was originally 198 lbs and I lost 71 lbs using phentermine. I felt AMAZING!!!!! That was in 2009. Then I got married and had babies and now I am 218 lbs!!! What the crap!!!!?????!!!!!! Now I just don't even know where to start. I have started and stopped a million times. I lose the same 10 lbs over and over again!! I am feeling so frustrated. Part of my problem is that I truly hate to cook. I would rather get fast food. I don't know how to get started. I hate feeling like this. Totally discouraged. Any help would be great! I need to lose about 85 lbs now. Please add me. I need the encouragement.

    Do NOT try to lose quickly. You need time to adjust to a healthier lifestyle, whatever that means for you. And you need time to adjust to your body as it changes. It's been over a year for me and I'm glad it took that long, otherwise it would have been too confusing. And even so, I've had issues with all the comments about my loss/body. Give yourself time. Come up with a sustainable food plan. And above all, be kind to yourself.
