Not a lady but log what your eating. and ajust calories from there to loose ten pounds at a time. Good luck.1

I'm using My Fitness Pal for accountability. A few bad habits have sabotaged my weight loss goals. This week my challenge is to eat nothing after dinner. Night eating is my nemesis.0
