Help me shop please

Doing online shop for Monday so can you help me? Pick one go to food (healthy or diet helping) you always have on your shopping list. I'm in UK using sainsburys but if it's inspiring enough I may search it out :-D

Burgen soya and linseed bread, Fage Greek yoghurt and baby leaf spinach are always on my shopping list. I shop at Sainsbury too, but get my meat from Lidl - Kangaroo steaks and Ostrich steaks are a current fave (low fat, so I can eat more!)

Edit: I get Sainsbury's frozen blueberries too, useful for topping yoghurt or lobbing into pancakes.

I keep an inventory of tree nuts in the house and car that I can grab to stay on track eating wise.

watermelon is one of my favorite foods even if not in season i NEED to have it in the house. Id say frozen fruit and veggies. I buy a lot of chicken at once and freeze it, then pull it out when I need it. I actually do that with all meat. I have a back up stock and that way I don't always need meat.

My go to foods are wild rice, and a great Artisan handcrafted pasta noodles. To either of them I add fresh spinach, zucchini, shitake' mushrooms or shredded cabbage. For a protein I add either a fillet of tilapia, or 1 oz of kelbasa sausage. Think of protein as a flavoring agent, not the main event.
snacks- love walnuts! and prunes...(not at the same time)
end my days with peppermint tea...because it settles me.

    Have fun cooking and shopping.

Your most important ingredient when preparing meals is YOUR MOOD.
    :-)
