I was trying to post in here but accidentally created my own thread because I am dumb. Anybody know how to delete a post?
Anyway, down 70 lbs.12 -
Highest weight back before I had started traveling and long before I realized what good food was and long before exercise ... So about 5 year difference and about 40 lb difference

Two years apart - the second one is nearly a year ago, but I love it because it's taken minutes after I completed my first ever 5K run! I'm back up a few pounds, but I'm back to it and hoping to lose the last 40.
ETA - 1st picture, 238lb. 2nd picture, 168lb - drop of 70lb.8 -
Ive gained a bit back but working on it, a bit but not as much as the before pic, not close

I'm down 80lbs since my weigh-in a few days ago. It sounds silly but it wouldn't have been possible for me without FitnessPal. The app has just made it so easy and effortless to hold myself accountable. Started at about 276lbs and sitting comfortably at 195lbs at 5'10". Still planning to drop another 15-20lbs.
Appropriately, I'm devouring a Cinnabon in the before pic....

I totally agree, I couldn't have done it without mfp. It's helped me lose 53 lbs and I can't imagine not using it on a daily basis1 -
You look great. Big difference. Very pretty girl.OBXgirl130 wrote: »
Not a huge difference. About 15lbs. I was on medicine for depression when I graduated. Almost two years later I am on no medicine and have gradually lost 15 lbs. Now I'm on a journey to get to my ultimate weight loss goal. I'll check back in 6 months with a 3rd face photo lol!
