Hello,
I am new to MFP and have been using it for a week. My first week I lost 6 pounds. I love the way I can add recipies and snacks to keep track of my cals. I also like the way they tie the exercise in with the food so if I want to eat a little more I can do some extra exercises to make up for it.

My goal is to loose 65 pounds. I am going to visit my family in October and I hope to have lose at least half of it by then. I have a younger brother who I use to always beat up on (in a loving brotherly way) when we were kids and I feel if am too out of shape he may take his revenge for all those poundings I gave him 30 years ago:).

I also have a teen age son (15) and daughter (13) who I am having a difficult time keeping up with due to my wieght.
