Please help,
I'm 201lb and for the last three weeks I've been doing to the gym and eating healthy with minimal results. I eat around 1350 calories a day and exercise at the gym four times a week. I've lost 4.6lb since starting to lose weight (again) but only 1lb of that has been from the last three weeks.
Its really getting me down. Shouldn't my weight loss be more than that? I don't get where I'm going wrong. So disheartening.

Have you had your thyroid checked? Talk to your Dr about it!0

I hadn't thought of that. Maybe I'm eating too many/too few calories? Urgh!0

Do you weigh everything you eat with scales?0

Thanks for opening your diary. I looked because 1350 sounded too low to me for someone 201 and working out 4x/week. If you are reluctant to add more calories I would at least consider adding greens and/or pickles to get the fiber and the vinegar to help you digest all of that meat. And when progress seems slow, remember that muscle weighs more than fat, and it took you longer than three weeks to get to 201, it may take longer to lose! Hope you are feeling stronger and fitter every day.1

Eating too little isn't stopping OP losing weight.
OP, make sure you're drinking enough water. Looking at your diary I would just say keep doing what you're doing. You're in a deficit so the scale will move eventually.1 -
I can't see your diary but keep what you are eating clean, lean meats, veggies, good fats , water water water just drink it all the time
are you eating back exercise cals ?
Could be TOM I go up like 2kg the week before happens without fail every single month.
1350 sounds a little low , just my opinion but I can't cope under 1500
